HMIS Existing User Training

All end users are required to attend HMIS annual HMIS Security Training:

All existing end users are required to attend at least two upper-level HMIS specific trainings (via webinar or in-person) per calendar year.  New User Training does not apply to this requirement.  


WVCEH would like to offer two regional HMIS trainings for SSVF Providers across the WV BoS CoC. These trainings will review the SSVF workflow and reporting in detail, while providing an opportunity for providers to ask questions. The first training will be held in Bridgeport on September 12th and another in Beckley on September 14th both from 10am-3pm, locations TBD. Please register below in order for us to plan lunch accordingly.

This training provides step-by-step guidance on how to pull, read, and analyze the new Data Completeness/Accuracy Report for the WV BoS CoC. This report will be sent out monthly to each agency to analyze data completeness and accuracy per project.

This training provides step-by-step guidance to HUD (CoC & ESG) funded programs and other participating federal partners on when to complete Annual Assessments for a clients entered into a project and how to pull this new report to track when the next Annual Assessment is due.
