WVCEH and our partner agencies operate several different permanent housing programs across our service area, including Permanent Supportive Housing and Rapid Re-Housing programs. 

While each of the programs is unique, with different funding sources and eligibility requirements, there are some key components that are universal across all the programs. 

As a landlord with WVCEH, you can determine which program may be the best fit for your rental property. Conversely, you can open your rental property to tenants in any of the permanent housing programs.
